Automated Email Jobs

 

WebAlliance offers several distinct automated reports, delivered by email and generated by the WebAlliance system. This article describes the purpose of each and how to configure them for your needs.

You must be a SuperAdmin to access this feature.

From the Admin panel, select Site Manager -> Automated Email Jobs to configure automated reports.

When using an Automated Email Job, the setting for the subject line field will ALWAYS be used. The Email Template's subject line will not be used. This means that leaving a blank "Subject" field in the Automated Job configuration will send an email with no subject line.

Each of the five email jobs requires some configuration, which can be completed using each job's configuration wizard.

  1. Select one of the email jobs to open the configuration wizard for the associated job.
  2. Open the Email Templates tool.
