User Entered Addresses
If your site is configured to allow users to manually enter Ship To addresses, you can use this report to export that information to a spreadsheet.
You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Stats Area role to access this feature.
Select User Entered Addresses from Admin > Stats > User Entered Addresses
Viewing the report
The report displays any User Entered addresses from the last 90 days. You can filter and sort by any available column, and you can export the list to an Excel sheet.
If you allow users to manually enter addresses, you may run into issues with incorrect Ship To IDs on import, or problems with tax reporting. Use this report in conjunction with the Customer Address Ship To Overrides tool to have tighter control over which Ship To ID imports with orders where the user manually enters an address.
