Multiple Contract Management
If your customers have multiple pricing contracts, you can manually set the order that the website will use to price their items. This is especially useful if you have contracts set up according to a Ship To address. Since the website doesn't know the user's Ship To at the time that an item is priced, you can manually put that user's available contracts in an order to allow for their agreed-upon pricing. From the Admin panel, select Site Manager>Multiple Contract Management to access this feature.
You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Settings Area role to access this feature.
Add a New Record
Search for a Customer Code
Enter the Customer Code in question and search. You'll see a list of all contracts associated with that Customer Code. You can drag-and-drop them in the preferred order of priority.
