Bulk User Update

Some elements of your users' accounts can be edited in bulk, rather than editing each user individually. If you have any questions about this feature, please contact Aldrich Web Solutions.

You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Users Area role to access this feature.

Choose Bulk User Update from Admin2 > Users > Bulk User Update

Set the Source Property

You can bulk edit users who share a Customer Code, Default Location, Taker, Order Notify Email, User State or User Postal Code. Select the appropriate property, then enter the shared value in the box to the right.

Set the Property to be Updated

Select the property to be changed from the list of available options. Then enter the new value for that property in the box on the right. When you're finished, click "Preview Changes" to see the users who will be affected, and "Make Changes" to write the changes to the database.

Individually Add or Remove Users From A Bulk Update

After you have defined a property for your Bulk User Update, the "Selected Users" section will be populated with all the users who meet that criteria. However, there may be instances in which you want to exclude a particular user or group of users from a bulk update, even if they match the criteria of your search. You can remove individual users from a Bulk User Update by pressing the Remove user icon next to their username.

To add a user to a bulk user update, select the "Add Additional Users" button. This will allow you to search for specific users you would like to add.
