Import to Favorites
In the WebAlliance system, you can import items from existing P21 Orders and Quotes and assign them to the favorites list for any web user, not only a user whose customer code is attached with the order or quote. You can also choose to import these items to an Order Template.
You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Users Area role to access this feature.
Select Import to Favorite from the Admin Panel > Users > Import to Favorite
Enter an Order Number or Quote Number from P21 and View the Items Included
Check the box next to the items you want to include in the Favorites list or the Order Template. Enter the web username that you'd like to give access to the list.
For Favorites, enter a name for the Favorites category. For an Order Template, enter a name and description for the new template. Access to the list will be available immediately for the assigned user.
