Top Buyers
WebAlliance generates a report of the top purchasers on your website. Use this report to get information about individual users. Note that all information on this report spans the life of your site, rather than a given date range.
You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Stats Area role to access this feature.
Select Top Buyers from Admin > Stats > Top Buyers
Viewing the top buyers report
You can sort this information by any available column, including total cart dollars, number of carts, and last purchase date.
Viewing individual buyer details
Clicking the arrow next to a username will provide a list of purchases made by that user. Further, clicking the arrow next to an individual purchase will give details about that purchase, including items purchased and pricing information.
