Search or View Orders
The Search/View Orders page allows you to specify different search parameters to view information about web orders. This feature is commonly used to review order statistics or determine issues with customer's orders. You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Orders Area role to access this feature.
Select Search/View Orders from Admin > Orders > Search/View Orders
Recent orders are available from the main admin page. Use Search/View Orders to find information about older orders.
Set search parameters for orders
On this page you have the ability to do filtered searches for either multiple carts or by a specific cart detail. When you search for multiple carts, you can filter the search down by the carts order status (PROCESSED, PROCESSING, etc) and timeframe. When you search by a specific cart detail, you can filter the search down by the Cart number/ERP Order number, Customer ID, or Username.
Clicking "Export Search" on the right-hand side of the page will only download the files based on the specific cart detail filters, not the multiple carts filters (see paragraph above for more details).
If no filters are specified, the export will only pull the orders that are currently in the PENDING, PROCESSING, or ABORTED statuses.
The "Source" column tells you where the order was placed (either on the Website or through the WebAlliance Mobile App).
Viewing Cart Details

Most of the Order Details information is self-explanatory. It's all used to import the web order into your ERP system. Please contact Aldrich Web Solutions with any questions.
- Cart number, ERP number, and cart status. Remember: PROCESSED = Complete, ABORTED = Error, PROCESSING = your ERP system is working on the order, PENDING = order has not yet been submitted to your ERP system.
- Cart information. Values with an "Edit" button can be altered to fix import errors.
- "Close Cart" allows you to change the cart status to PROCESSED.
- Shipping information. If the user selects "Will Call"/"Customer Pickup", their selected pickup location will appear in this box.
- Billing information. Credit Card orders will display the Authorization Code in this box.
- Line Item information including Item Number, Description, Purchase History, Order Quantity, Price, Location, Added On data and time and the Added From method. Location can be edited on a per-item basis, if necessary.
- Cart subtotal.
The Tax amount shown here is an approximation, and it is not imported to your ERP system along with the order. Your ERP system will determine the final tax amount.
The Purge Cart button is available for orders with a status of PROCESSED. Purge Cart allows you to delete the order from the site. This will NOT remove any order data from your ERP system.
This will remove all records of the order from the site. It won't be a part of any reports, and the user who placed the order will not be able to review it at a later date. The order in ERP system will also refer to a web reference number that no longer exists on the website. Use this button with caution.
