Item Lists
Item Lists allow you to create a group of dissimilar items for display on PageBuilder pages. Once created, a "Create Page" link will allow you to generate a page that automatically includes the widget code to display the list of items. From the Admin panel, select Site Manager>Item Lists to create or edit existing Item Lists.
Content Builder also contains a WebAlliance Snippet called Item Lists that will allow you to easily embed an Item List on any content page via drag-and-drop.
You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Settings Area role to create\edit\delete item lists.
Create a New List or Edit an Existing List
- Create your list by clicking "Add new record".
- Edit any existing list by clicking the "Edit" button.
- Click "Make New Content Page" to create a content page that contains the associated Item List.
Adding a New List

Click "Add New Record". Then give your new list a name, and enter the items to be included. You only need to enter the item codes, one-per-line. Then click "Update".
NOTE: Keep this list to around 25 items. When the content page loads, it has to fetch pricing for the items on the list. More than 25 or so can cause the page load to time out, resulting in no pricing for any of the items on the page. And, of course, if no pricing is available, the user can't add the item to their cart.
Edit a Record or Create a New Page
From the Marketing Item Lists screen, find the list you want to edit and choose:
- "Edit" to edit an existing list.
- "Make New Content Page" - Making a new content page follows the same steps as are found in the "Page Builder" section of the Admin area. After creating the page, you'll be redirected to the newly created page which will automatically contain the code needed to embed the selected Item List.
- "Delete" to delete a list.
To insert the list on an existing page, edit that page, and use the Content Builder's "Item List" snippet to select the list you'd like to embed on the page.
