Cart History

Use the Cart History report to keep track of where your website's carts are started and completed, along with which Ordering Utilities are most often used.

You must be a SuperAdmin or and Admin with the Stats Area role to access this feature.

Select Cart History from Admin > Stats > Cart History

Viewing the Report

First, at the top-right of the page, set the date range for your report (the default is the previous 30 days). The Cart History report breaks down into 2 main sections: Orders and Items

Order History Charts

The "Order Creation Sources" chart displays the method used to create each cart. The "Order Completion Sources" chart shows the method used to complete each cart.

Hover over each section of the chart to see the actual count of that method.

"Website" indicates that the cart was created or completed on your WebAlliance website. "Mobile App" indicates that the cart was created or completed using the WAMobile application. "Unknown" indicates that the cart was created or completed prior to the time the WebAlliance system tracked these statistics (around the end of September 2018).

Check the "Purchased Only" box on the "Order Creation Sources" chart to view the creation source of only carts that have been completed.

You can choose to switch to "Bar" view on any Cart History graph. Just flip the switch from "Pie" to "Bar" and the page will update automatically.

Bar graph mode is optimized for both large and small values, since some values (like "Search Results") will be much larger than others (like "Recently Viewed").

Item History Chart

The "Items Added Sources" chart displays the WebAlliance Ordering Utility that the user used to add the item to their shopping cart. Click any label in the legend to remove that data from the current view in the graph. That's an especially useful way to narrow down the data to, for example, WAMobile data only.

By default, the graph displays all items added to the shopping cart during the designated time period. To see only purchased items, simply check the "Purchased Only" box at the top of the graph.
