Unpurchased Carts

WebAlliance generates a report outlining all currently open and unpurchased carts. None of the inventory shown has been allocated in your ERP system, and that the report is best used as a follow-up tool for communicating with your users.

You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Stats Area role to access this feature.

Select Unpurchased Carts from Admin > Stats > Unpurchased Carts

Viewing the report

The unpurchased carts report can be sorted by any available field.  Clicking on the user's Email will open your default email application (if you have one) to prepare an email to send to the user.

You may notice many or all of the "Total Dollars" amounts display $0.00 on the "Unpurchased Carts Reports".  The "Total Dollars" amount is generated when the user begins the checkout process.  If the user has only added items to the cart, the "Total Dollars" for the user will be listed as $0.00 on the "Unpurchased Carts Report".

Viewing user cart details

Clicking the arrow next to a username will display information about all unpurchased carts associated with that user. Further, clicking the arrow next to an unpurchased cart will display information about the selected cart.
