Rewards Summary
Rewards Summary is a feature exclusive to P21 clients that allow them to create and manage a rewards point system for their users. This feature of WebAlliance will allow you the opportunity to both encourage your customers to shop with you more and also be an effective tool at showing gratitude for their patronage.
Enabling Rewards for a User
To enable the Rewards Summary account tool for your users you'll want to follow the steps detailed below.
- First, you'll need to navigate to the desired user's User Detail page.
- Next, go to the Security & Access tab.
- Once you're there you'll see a section named Account Access, and within that section, you'll see the checkmark box for Rewards that you'll need to enable.
After enabling this, it will then allow the user to Access their Rewards Summary from their account page.
Bear in mind this is just a representation of rewards details from P21.
