Email Logs

 

The system generates a log of all emails composed and delivered by your website.  This log contains the last 90 days of email data.

You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Stats Area role to access this feature.

Select Email Logs from Admin > Stats > Email Logs

Email Log viewer

  1. Entering or selecting dates in the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' fields, and clicking 'Update List' will update the log to show only the emails sent between the dates you selected.
  2. 'Export All Records' generates and sends an email  to you with a link to download an Excel sheet that contains a list of all system generated emails sent in the last 90 days.
  3. Date/Time of email delivery. The time displays in Central time.
  4. "From" address of the email
  5. "To" address for the email
  6. Subject of the email
  7. CC and BCC recipients of the email display here. If "OK" is checked, the email was delivered successfully. Any errors otherwise will display under "Info"
  8. Click "View Details" to view the actual email that was generated by the website.
