Coupons
The Coupon Optional module allows the customer to set up coupon codes that their users will be able to then redeem when placing an order. To enable the Coupons optional module, contact Aldrich Web Solutions.
The Coupons optional module gives you the tools to provide a variety of discounts to your customers. Each coupon has several options to help you define exactly how you want the coupon to work. Here are some examples of what you can do:
- Decide which users can use the coupon.
- Determine what items the coupon applies to.
- Set how many times a particular user or company can use the coupon.
- Set the minimum cart total that needs to be reached before the coupon takes effect.
- 100 max limit on coupons at a time.
Just configure the coupon requirements and the website will take care of it from there. When a user enters a coupon code in the shopping cart, your criteria will be used to determine if the coupon should be applied.
Choose the coupon that best fits each situation:
- Free Item: Use a coupon to provide a free item to users who have a particular item in their shopping cart.
- Item Percent Off: Use a coupon to provide a specified percent off of certain items for certain customers.
- Item Fixed Discount: Use a coupon to provide a fixed discount off of certain items for certain customers.
- Cart Fixed Discount: Use a coupon to provide a fixed discount off of the cart total.
