Add to Cart Button
The Add to Cart Button on an item can either be Enabled or Disabled for a user, depending on your site's settings.
Disabled Button - means that the specific user is not able to purchase the item. When disabled, button will be greyed out.
Enabled Button - means item can be purchased.
Reasons "Add to Cart" Button Would be Disabled
- Purchase is disabled in the Inventory Display Configurator
- Item is not priced for a specific user (user could be anonymous or in a specific user group)
- Not Priced at all in ERP
Edit "Add to Cart" Button Text
From your Admin Panel, go to Site Manager > Settings > Products > Display
The 2 settings are called "Add To Cart Button Enabled Text" and "Add To Cart Button Disabled Text"
This is where the text that is displayed on the Add to Cart button can be edited. By default, the text will read "Add to Cart" when purchasing is enabled and "Unable to Add" when purchasing is disabled.
