Item Click Stats

The system generates a report of all item clicks for the last 90 days, sortable by Username.

You must be a SuperAdmin or an Admin with the Stats Area role to access this feature.

Select Item Click Stats from Admin > Stats > Item Click Stats

Viewing the Click Report

  1. The page will default to generate a report over the previous 7 days.  Entering or selecting dates in the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' fields, and clicking 'Update List' will update the report to show only the click data that falls between the dates you selected.
  2. 'Export All Records' generates and sends an email to you with a link to download an Excel sheet that contains the click data for the last 90 days.
  3. You can sort your report by any of the columns, including Item Code, User, ClickType (Item Detail, More info, etc.), Click From URL (useful for finding your most used filters), and Click Time.
