How can I display items in a specific sort order?
WebAlliance sorts lists of items by "Best Match", meaning each customer could see a slightly different set of item listings in a search result, category, or BrandSupplier page. You can't manually set the order of the items in those results.
However, if you would like to manually set the display order of a list of items, use Item Lists.
Where can I set up an Item List?
NOTE: Keep item lists to around 25 items. When the content page loads, it has to fetch pricing for the items on the list. More than 25 or so can cause the page load to time out, resulting in no pricing for any of the items on the page. And, of course, if no pricing is available, the user can't add the item to their cart.
You can create a brand-new Item List from the "Item Lists" tool found in the WebAlliance Admin panel.

How do I put my Item List on a page?
Use the Item List Snippet available in the Content Builder to include an existing Item List entry on a content page.
For this example, let's call the new page /promos/this-month

Create a link to /promos/this-month from any editable content field in WebAlliance.
Some common homes for links are:
You could also include a link to the new page from an external source, like a Facebook ad or email blast. In that case, use the full link of https://www.yourDomain.com/promos/this-month.
