Order Imported

After an order has been placed on the site,  your ERP system will attempt to import the order so that you can process it.  There are several possible notifications that can be triggered when your ERP attempts to import an order depending on which of the following events happened: a cart imported without errors,  a cart imported with errors, or a cart was aborted.

All notifications generated when an order is attempting to import will go to the same email address, configured as the "Default Order Receiver" on the "Email Settings" tab under Site Manager>Settings in the Admin panel.

A Cart Imported Without Errors

If your ERP system imported the order and didn't report back any errors to the site, then you will receive this notification.

You can edit the content of this notification by editing the email template called "Import Notification For Cart With No Error" under Site Manager>Email Templates in the site Admin panel.

A Cart Imported with Errors

If your ERP system did import the order, but it sent back an error or warning message, you will receive this notification.  This indicates that the order was able to import, but that your ERP found an issue with the order data.  The error or warning information that your ERP sent back will be displayed in the notification.

You can edit the content of this notification by editing the email template called "Import Notification For Cart With Errors" under Site Manager>Email Templates in the Admin panel.

A Cart Failed to Import

Occasionally order imports will get rejected by your ERP due to bad data in the order, or something in the order that conflicts with your ERP settings.  When that happens, the cart will be marked "ABORTED", the order will not be imported and you will receive this notification.  The notification will contain the error message that the ERP sent back to the site.  Usually, the error messages are self-explanatory.  You can find a list of some common errors that prevent orders from importing here.

You can edit the content of notification by editing the email template called "Import Notification For Cart With Failure" under Site Manager>Email Templates in the Admin panel.
