Add to Subscription Order
With the Subscription Orders module, a customer will have the option to add an item through the SKU or SKU Detail to their Subscription Orders. On the SKU, you will find the option in the Add to Favorites menu. On the SKU Detail, you will also find a specific button for adding an item to a Subscription.
My Account - Subscription Management
Once a User is logged in, they can access their Upcoming Scheduled Orders through their My Account page (https:/www.yourdomain.com/myaccount/myaccount).
The "+ More" button and "View" link will navigate the User to a Subscription Management page
Subscriptions Tab
On the Subscriptions tab, users can see all of the Subscriptions created for their Customer Code (assuming they have the permissions).
- From the Item Search area, users can search to see which Subscriptions have specific items in order to adjust them as needed.
- Assuming they have permissions, users can create new subscriptions from this page. See our Creating a Subscription article to see the details on how to create a Subscription.
- Users with the appropriate permissions can edit existing Subscriptions.
- Users can edit the Subscription details (other than the Primary User, only Admins have the ability to change that).
- Users can change the intervals at which the Scheduled Orders will be created for this Subscription.
- Users can pause the Subscription. All Scheduled Orders based on this Subscription will be placed on hold. This includes modified Scheduled Orders.
- Users can add items from their cart, add a list of items or search for an item to add to their Subscription.
- Users can delete their Subscription. This will also cancel all Scheduled Orders based on this Subscription.
- Users can copy this Subscription to create a new one.
Scheduled Orders Tab
The "Modify This Order" link can be used to quickly edit a Subscription Order. Once clicked, a popup to manage your items will display.
- Edit Icon - Adjust the Qty amount or UOM of an item.
- Trash Icon - Removes an item from the Subscription Order.
- Add Items From Cart - Will add the current items in the site cart to the Subscription Order.
- Import From - Imports items from established Order Templates.
- Add Multiple - Enables adding items in bulk to the Subscription Order.
- Add - Enables a Part Search field to add a specific item to the Subscription Order.
Past Scheduled Orders Tab
The Past Scheduled Orders tab contains details about Scheduled Orders that were created previously.
- Users can filter to see which orders were successful, or which orders failed specifically.
- Users can go directly to the specific Subscription that the Scheduled Order was created from.
- Users can view the Cart Details for the cart that was created by the Subscription.
