Available vs Unavailable Operators
Available Operator
When an operator signs in to the WAChat Admin interface, they're initially marked as "Available". That means a website user can request a chat, and that operator will see a notification of that request.
Unavailable Operator
An operator can mark themselves as "Unavailable", using the slider at the top of the WAChat Admin interface.
When an operator is marked as "Unavailable", they will not receive notifications of new chat requests.
If there are no available operators, the user will be shown a "Contact Us" button when they attempt to start a chat.
