Invoice Payments - Service Charge Report

 

If you apply a service charge to your invoice payments, you can view details on the charges applied from the Service Charge Report. 

Accessing the Service Charge Report

To access the Service Charge Report, click the Payment Report button from the Invoice Payments admin page.

Working with the Service Charge Report

The Service Charge Report provides details on the amount charged per transaction and the total amount of charges applied across all payments.

  1. Filter the list by Customer Code.
  2. Filter the list by Date.
  3. Export the report to an Excel sheet.
  4. Sort the report by clicking the column label you want to sort by, or filter the list by clicking the filter icon on the right-hand side of the column.
