Data updates transfer data to your website for visibility by your customers. In WebAlliance, data updates happen at set intervals and are dependent on your site configuration. To find the specific time for your data updates, please contact Aldrich Web Solutions.

PIM Customers

15 Minute Updates

  • Ship To addresses
  • Contact IDs
  • Customer IDs
  • Static pricing
  • Inventory (if not on Real-time Inventory)

On PIM Publishes

  • Item data
  • Item images/docs
  • Category data

Nightly Updates (full update)

  • Data removal

Attribute Manager Customers

4 Hour Updates

  • Item data
  • Image links
  • Document links
  • Class IDs
  • User defined fields
  • Ship To addresses
  • Contact IDs
  • Customer IDs
  • Static pricing
  • Previously exported Attribute Manager data
  • Inventory (if not on Real-time Inventory)

Nightly Updates

  • Images
  • Data removal

Real-Time Data

Real-time ERP data is collected from your ERP system and displayed to the customer via the website.  This data includes:

  • Orders
  • Quotes
  • Invoices

Real-Time Pricing is enabled in every pricing scenario except for simple pricing (this is when pricing is static and stored in price field 1-10).

Real-time Inventory data can be displayed using the Real-time Inventory setting. Real-time inventory display can slow down page loading times, and can potentially impact the responsiveness of your ERP system, so keep this in mind when considering this setting.

Customer Requested Updates

These are data updates that can be requested by SuperAdmins from the Data Update Page of your site. This page is found at www.yourdomain.com/admin2/stats/dataupdates.
