The WAChat system provides all of your Admin options on one screen. 

1. On the far left side of the screen, choose to view all ongoing chat sessions, or all current website users.
2. View all current WAChat operators and their availability.
3. View details from your current chat session.
4. View some basic Chat Statistics.
5. View User Information.
