Hung Order Report
If you enable the "Hung Order" automated email job, you will receive notifications alerting you of any orders that are stuck in the PENDING or PROCESSING status, or that have been ABORTED.
This notification will be sent to the email address that you entered when you set up the "Hung Order" automated email job.

This notification is automatically generated by the WebAlliance system when the criteria configured in the "Hung Order" job are met.
You can change what this email notification says by editing the "Automation Job - Hung Order List" email template, under Site Manager>Email Templates in the Admin panel.
