Expedite Order Request
Users with access to Open Backorders can choose to request that their order be expedited. When that happens, a site Admin will receive a notification.
NOTE: This notification is delivered to the email address entered as the "Expedite Form Receiver Address" value in your website's Email Settings.
The notification

The user's link to generate this request is available from two places - they can click the "Expedite this part" link from a particular item in Open Backorders or they can click the "Request ETA status (expedite an Order)" button from the Open Backorders page itself.
Depending on how the user submits the request, the individual part numbers involved may or may not be filled in on the form. In the example above, an order is being requested, rather than individual items.
