Who can create support tickets?
Support Contacts are the people who are able to submit tickets for your company. This article describes our guidelines for who can be a Support Contact and the process of switching contacts.
Changing Support Contacts
Support Contacts can be changed once per quarter. Either one or both Support Contacts can be changed. Changes can also be made in the event of a change in position, illness, or other extenuating circumstances.
Becoming a Support Contact
Anyone who intends to become a Support Contact will need to create an account at aldrich.talentlms.com to start the appropriate training. The Users and Orders training is a required course to become a Support Contact. As part of the Users and Orders training, there is a test that must be passed with an 80% or higher score. All other training is available at no cost to help prepare for being an Administrator on the site.

Number of Support Contacts
By default, your company can have up to two Support Contacts. While additional contacts can be maintained for a fee, we recommend keeping two. In our experience when there are more than two contacts, ticket creators can step on each other's feet when asking questions or a change will be made that another contact isn't aware of causing confusion. This also allows us to keep the cost of support down.
