Open Backorders

From My Account, a user can view all open backorders associated with their Customer ID.

 

Viewing Backorders

By default, this screen shows all items that are on Backorder (B disposition) and items that are on Direct Ship (D disposition) status. Click "Backorders Only" to refine the list to only (B) items.

Click the appropriate links to view the associated order's details, or to request an expedite for the order.

In the filter, you have the option to search by using Part Numbers, Description. Additionally, you can also search by the Order Number or PO Number.

When a user completes the "Expedite Order" form, WebAlliance generates a notification that's sent to the email address in the "Expedite Form Receiver Address" field in your website's Email Settings.
