AddToCart Popup

 

A feature called AddToCart Popup allows you to show an "interesting items" dialog following a user's click of "Add to Cart".

The interface

  1. Shows the item that has been added to the shopping cart, including an image, Part Description, and Item Number.
  2. The price which is attached to the item, for the given customer.
  3. Choose to continue shopping (return to the website) or view the shopping cart.
  4. The popup box shows 4 "interesting" items. These items are derived first from any "Accessory Items" associated with the item being purchased. If there are fewer than 4 accessories, the system will fill out the 4 boxes with the top items from the same category as the item being purchased.

 If you'd prefer to disable this dialog, visit your site's settings. Click the "Shopping" tab and then "General".  Toggle the Add To Cart PopUp setting to off. This will stop the dialog from appearing to any user.

NOTE: If the "interesting" item does not have an available price, it will not appear in the AddToCart Popup display.
