If a user would like to create a shopping list offline, then upload the whole order to the website, Order Uploader is the way to go.

The user can download an Excel template with 3 columns: Item ID, Quantity, and Line Notes (optional). They only need to provide those values, then upload the Excel file to the website when they are logged in.

Any order on your website, including uploaded orders here, can contain no more than 200 SKUs.

Note about Item IDs: This Order Uploader tool, along with the Paste Order tool, allows the user to enter ERP Item ID to add the item to an order.

Different versions of the template are available, depending on the version of Excel that the user has access to. These links are found on the Order Upload page.

The Order Uploader tool allows the user to enter the ERP item ID, Customer part number, alternate part number, or Supplier part number to add the item to an order.

Line notes, if included, can contain only letters, numbers, spaces, dashes, and periods.

Finally, upload the filled-in template to the website

It's possible that the tool can fail to add items to the order, if it encounters a timing issue.

Click the "Drag a file to the area above or click here" button to select the template file. You can also drag-and-drop the file to the gray box.

WebAlliance searches for each of the item IDs on the template, and adds the found items into the user's cart at the requested quantities.
