Item Variations on SKU Detail
WebAlliance websites that use Attribute Manager can choose to display Item Variation information (populated in Attribute Manager) on the website's SKU Detail listing.
Item Variation Group display is an optional module that requires custom configuration of your item listings. For more information, contact Aldrich Web Solutions.
This does not involve the ERP Custom Field called "ItemFamily".
SKU Detail with Item Variations
In this example, the site has enabled Item Variation display on the SKU Detail. The item being viewed is GLP-123-2X which is part of a Variation Group with the other 4 items - GLP-123-LG, GLP-123-MD, GLP-123-SM, and GLP-123-XL - so those display on the SKU Detail of any other item in the Variation Group.
Because Item Variation Group entries must be created from a shared category, Attribute Manager and the PIM-Enterprise allow you to select up to 4 attributes to display as part of the Item Variation Group listing on the SKU Detail. Your users can purchase directly from this listing, or click an item number in the variation group to visit the SKU Detail of that item.
