Shipping Internationally

 

For those who wish to ship internationally, WebAlliance has systems in place which ensure that your customers always get clear and accurate shipping estimates.

When shipping from the United States to another country, WebAlliance will strip all domestic shipping options from the options given to your customer. This means that for your international customers to receive priced shipping options via the UPS or FedEx APIs, you must have international priced shipping options enabled (for example, UPS Worldwide Express or FedEx International Ground).

Please note that this does not apply to unpriced shipping methods or WebAlliance Tiered Shipping, only to methods which receive a price via the UPS or FedEx APIs.

When shipping domestically from a country that is not the United States (e.g. from a Canadian address to a Canadian address), WebAlliance will show eligible domestic shipping options as they would expect, as long as their selected Ship-To and their Default Location are in the same country.
