Quick Order

 

The Quick Order utility is found at www.yourDomain.com/products/quickorder

If your user knows the part numbers and quantities of the items they'd like to purchase Quick Order provides a fast, easy way to add those items to their cart.

The Part Number entered must be an exact match of an Item ID or a one-to-one match of a Customer Part Number or Supplier Part Number. In the event a non-exact item ID entry is made, a pop-up box will appear to the user, listing all potential matches by ERP item ID.

Entering Items in Quick Order

Simply add the Part Number and Quantity of each item to be added to the cart. WebAlliance checks availability and pricing for the item. Click "Add to Cart" to place the items in the shopping cart at the provided Quantity values.  To quickly clear a line from the Quick Order list, just click the "X" on the right-hand side of the record you want to clear.

Each item description field will include previous purchases information if the item has been purchased before under your customer code. Clicking the link will direct you to an "Item History" page where you can view all pending and complete orders that include the specified item number.
