Add to Cart from Quote

 

WebAlliance can allow users to add items to their shopping cart directly from ERP quotes, at the price found on the quote itself.

This is an optional feature.

To enable the feature

From your WebAlliance Site Settings, go to the "Settings" tab.  Select "ERP Integrations" from the side menu then select "Order Exporter" from the tabs. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter a value in the "Quote Item Item Code" field.

A value here will enable users with access to quotes to add the entire quote to their cart or, optionally, to cherry-pick individual items from any given quote.

The Item Code used in this setting must be a valid item code in your ERP and must also be web-enabled in order to be used.

 When a user adds a non-web-enabled item to their cart from an ERP quote, WebAlliance will use the value from this setting as a stand-in.

Quote Display

The user just needs to click "Add Items to Cart" to add the quote to their WebAlliance Shopping Cart.

Cart Display

When a user adds a whole quote to their cart, they can't update the quantities of each individual line, or delete individual lines.

The user can always click "Clear Cart" to remove all items from their cart and start over.
