To find this setting you'll need to visit your Admin Home page, expand the Site Manager tab, and then select Settings.  From there you'll want to follow the steps detailed below.

1. Navigate to the Shopping drop-down selection
2. Select the Free Shipping Options choice
3. Navigate downwards until you find the Allowed Shipping Countries setting

Once you've located the setting you'll be able to select which country you'd like to allow free shipping to apply to by expanding the drop-down list and selecting from the provided list.

Once you've finished this process you should see the Free Shipping option displayed as Free Best Way within Delivery Methods as depicted above.
