Save vs Publish to Site
When creating or editing a page in the Content Builder, you'll notice two separate options for saving your changes.
Save - Saves your changes so that they can be seen in the Admin section
Click "Save", then "Save & Continue Editing" to save the changes you've made and create an "unpublished" link that you can view and share with other SuperAdmin and Content Admin users. Website users can't see the change yet, though.
Hint: Save early and often, so you don't lose your changes. Click the "Save" button, or press CTRL + S on your keyboard to save the page. Note that on a Content page, this does not publish the changes for user view, but on Category Headers and Vendor Headers, saving your changes does publish them for user view.
Publish to Site - Saves your changes and makes them visible to users on the website
Click "Save" and then "Publish to Site" to save your changes and write them to the website so that your users can view your updated page.
When you click "Publish to Site", the entire page is published to the website.
"Publish to Site" also makes your published page recoverable. Click "Meta Info" in the menu bar at the top of the Content Builder. You'll notice a drop-down box called "Previous Version". That list contains previously "Published" versions of the page you're working on. Just select one to roll back to that version!
Publish On...
Schedule a "Publish to Site" for some point in the future. Check out the Publish On article for more information.
Unpublishing a Page

If you want to hide a page from public users, you can unpublish an existing page. Simply visit the page in "Edit" mode, click "Page Builder", and choose "Unpublish Page".
Revert to Published
Click the "Revert to Published" button to roll back to the most previously published version of your page.
Delete Page
If you've never published your page, you'll see the option to "Delete Page". If you select that option, you'll remove the entire record of the page.
