The AI Assistant button at the top of the page will open up a pop-out window (pictured on the left-hand above) that allows you to submit messages and prompts to the AI assistant. 

A number of examples are provided to give some ideas of what's possible, but you can ask any message you would like. 

In the above example, the AI assistant was asked to explain what hose assemblies are. There are a few options for what to do with the response. Some additional info is also labeled.

1.  Replace Page: Replace all of the content currently on the page with the response from the AI Assistant. 
2.  Insert Content After: Insert the response at the end of the page.
3.  Insert Content Before: Insert the response at the beginning of the page.
4.  Clipboard: Copy the response to your clipboard so that you can easily paste it to whatever portion of the page you'd like. 
5.  Include Page Content: Alert the AI Assistant that you would like it to take into account the content on your page when generating its response. This is useful to ask the AI Assistant to iterate further on your page or ask questions about content.
6. Tokens Used: There is a monthly allotment of tokens available to each site. The tokens used refresh each month. Currently, if the token limit is reached no more responses can be generated. If you reach this limit and would like to continue to use this tool, please contact Aldrich Web Solutions.
7.  New Chat: Close the current chat and start a new chat, this is permanent, so please make sure you have any information you would like before closing the current chat.

There is also an AI Assistant that can be used directly in your page's individual snippets as pictured above. 

Let's say for example that I took the response from the AI Assitant and put it on the page but then decided that I wanted a bit of a shorter intro here. 

I highlight the appropriate text, click the AI Assistant button in the snippet, and select "Make Shorter"

A prompt appears asking to confirm your question, in this case making the text that was highlighted shorter. Since this is what I want to do, I click the submit button and am given the following response:

Happy with the result, and wanting to erase what I have currently and use that instead, I leave the Replace Text checkbox enabled and click the Use button to overwrite my current content. 

Each option here works in the same manner, allowing you to ask the AI Assistant to shorten, lengthen, proofread, and improve on your current content. You can also use choices under the "Generate" heading to help create new content such as writing further on a topic, explaining a concept, or generating calls to action based on selected content.
