Theme Setup

 

Theme Setup allows Themed Customers to manage their Company Info, Images, Colors, and Design from the site Admin panel. Theme Setup is in the Site Manager menu within the Admin panel.  This option is only available if you did not choose a custom site design.

Company Info

In the Company Info tab, you can update your Company Name, Phone Number, or Primary Email address. You can also add or update any social media links. 

The Images section allows you to upload and manage your desired logos including Main Site Logo, Mobile, Footer, Print, Email, or Favicon. Files may be in PNG or JPG format. Recommended sizes are listed for each logo type.

A site admin also has the ability to edit the background image that is displayed on the Portal login page. You can find this setting under Images > Login Background while in the Theme Setup tool.

The Login Background feature is only available for Portal sites. 

Colors

Enter the Hex Code or select from the color picker for each color you'd like used on the theme of your site. A preview is located on the right of this screen.

You can create a new theme and maintain the old one by using the Manage Themes tool in the upper right-hand corner of the page.  For instance, you can create seasonal themes that you can update throughout the year.

Design

The Design tab allows the User to select between different Header Styles to be used on the site.  You can also toggle between themes using the Manage Theme drop-down (see below screenshot). 

Using the "+ Add Custom Header" button at the bottom of the Header list will allow you to create your own Custom Header to be used on the site (see below).

You can use the "Preview" and "Edit" links to quickly make changes to your Custom Header, and also preview the changes on the fly.
