Using the Form Builder Form Snippet

 

You can use the Form Builder Form Snippet to place a form that you have created in Form Builder directly on your content page.

Placing the Form Builder Form Snippet

With your content page open, select "Default" or "WebAlliance Snippets" from the Snippet Drop-Down Menu.  You will find the Form Builder Form Snippet near the bottom of the list.  Drag the Form Builder Form Snippet on to your page where you want it to appear.

Using the Form Builder Form Snippet

This snippet requires that you have already created the form with Form Builder.  Once the Form Builder Form Snippet is on your content page, click "Select Form" to determine which form you want to add.

  1. Select which form you want to appear on the page from the drop-down list.
  2. "Edit Forms" will take you to Form Builder where you can edit an existing form, or create a new one.

Be sure to use only 1 form on each Content page. If you embed multiple forms on a page, none of them will work.
