Forte Integration

 

What is Available With This Integration?

  • Credit Card payments at checkout
  • Credit Card and ACH (Echeck) payments for invoices
  • Payment Storage options for both Credit Card and ACH (Echeck) payment types

Credentials Needed

To integrate your Forte account with WebAlliance, you'll need to obtain the following information from Forte:

  • Location ID
  • Organization ID
  • API Access ID
  • API Secure Key
  • API Login ID

You can contact Forte to get your Organization ID and Location ID. After you obtain those credentials, you can get access to the Forte Console to obtain the API Access ID, API Secure Key, and API Login ID.

NOTE: This integration requires your Forte account to be active on their "Dex" platform. "Virtual Terminal" Forte accounts will need to be updated to "Dex" accounts.
