My Account Overview

 

This is a brief overview of the MyAccount page. Certain sections of the page will only show when applicable. If you have any questions about why a certain section is not appearing for you, contact Aldrich Web Solutions for more details. 

Current Profile

Near the top of the page you will see a "Current Profile" section which lists:

  • User's Name & Email
  • Currently associated Customer Code
  • ERP Customer Name

You can also use this section to change your Customer Code if Multiple Customer Codes is enabled and set up for the User.

Track My Order

Users can search by Order Number, Invoice Number, or PO Number to find existing orders, regardless of whether they were placed via the website. This applies to all orders placed by the User's associated Customer Code.

Your Recent Web Orders

"Recent Web Orders" are based on the individual user, rather than their Customer Code. These orders were placed via the website by the current user.

Recent Company Orders

"Recent Company Orders" are based on the ERP Customer Code. This box lists orders placed via the website or via your ERP system directly. The user can click any order number to view order details.

Pending Order Approvals

From this section, you can see any Orders that are pending approval. It will state who requested the Order, who has to review the Order, and what date it has been requested for.

Recent Company Quotes

"Recent Company Quotes" appears only if the user's associated ERP Customer Code has current, active ERP quotes. The user can click the quote number to view details and to request the quote be converted to an order. From the Admin panel, you can view and acknowledge those requests from the Submitted Quotes screen.

Frequently Purchased Items By Company

"Frequently Purchased Items By Company" appears only if the User's associated ERP Customer Code has frequently ordered certain items in the past. The User can quickly navigate to the item by clicking on its Part Number or add the item to Favorites or a Wish List.

Recent Online Return Requests

"Recent Online Return Requests" will appear only if your website has enabled the optional "Returns" module and the user has recently placed a return request.

Account Tools

View all available account activities broken down by activity type. The options here will vary per user, based on the user's permissions and the site's enabled options.

Account Contact Information

If you enter Salesrep information for the user in the User Details "Company Info" tab, it will appear here. If no information is provided, this section won't appear.
