Track Orders
Users can track the status of their orders from the dedicated Order Tracker page accessed from the "Track Orders" link on the My Account page.
You can also access this page from www.yourDomain.com/MyAccount/OrderTracker
Users can search for order information by Order Number, Invoice Number or PO Number. Search results will include useful links to the order, invoice details, whether the order is "Open" or "Closed" as well as shipment tracking information (where available).
Note: searching according to PO Number will return results only if the associated order is "Complete" or "Closed".
TIP: Right-click the Order Number or Invoice Number to open the order or invoice in a new browser tab. That way, you can keep the Order Tracker page open without the need to load the page each time.
