Estimated Arrival Dates

Estimated Arrival Dates can be seen in two different locations, when viewing Open Backorders from the My Account page, or when viewing Order Details. The process that WebAlliance uses to determine a date to show on the site is outlined below.

In order to show Estimated Arrival Dates on the site the setting "PO Due In Info" must be enabled. This setting can be found in your site settings by selecting My Account Portal from the left-hand navigation and opening the Orders/Backorders tab.

Please select your ERP system to see a breakdown of how the Estimated Arrival Date that is shown on the site is determined.

Prophet 21

A disposition of B or D is required in order to show an Estimated Arrival Date on the site.

First, WebAlliance determines the DateDueIn. This value will be the Promise Date first (if greater than today), or the PO Line Due Date (if the promise date isn't valid, and we can find linked PO Line data for the order).

Then, WebAlliance determines the RequiredDate. This value will only exist if PO Line data exists for the order line. This date must also be greater than today.

Once WebAllance has both dates, we choose the greatest (furthest from today) value. Any date prior to today's date isn't considered.

A disposition of B or D is required in order to show an Estimated Arrival Date on the site.

First, WebAlliance will acquire the Promise Date if greater than today.

Then, WebAlliance will acquire the RequiredDate which must also be greater than today.

Once WebAllance has both dates, we choose the greatest (furthest from today) value. Any date prior to today's date isn't considered.
