PIM Enterprise User Concepts
PIM Enterprise is a multi-user product, meaning more than one user can be working with your site's item data at once. You can add as many users as you want, but the number of users allowed to be working in PIM Enterprise at one time is limited by your software license.
These menus are only accessible from the accounts that have the 'Admin' role.

Just click the row with the "+" symbol to create a new user.
Users are the accounts that have access to the PIM software. Here you can add Users by specifying who the User is and what role they have under the "add a new row" button. There are three roles to choose from:
- "Admin" - This User has access to everything within the PIM.
- "ReadWrite" - This User has the ability to edit PIM data, but not change PIM settings.
- "Read" - This User is only allowed to view the PIM data.
You also have the ability to delete the User, reset their password, or force them to logout. This can all be done by right-clicking the User.
