Filtering Out Finished Items

Using the Items Finished Definition Tool

When using this tool it's important to note that this is primarily intended to assist with locating items that are missing item details that you believe are necessary.

How Does this Work?

Using the "Items Finished Definition" tool is a fairly simple and easy process.  The tool itself can be found as depicted below.

After selecting the tool you'll be greeted by a pop up menu-providing a variety of options that correlate with information pertaining to items.  In this example you'll see that "Short Web Description" is selected as the definition of a finished item in this scenario.

Because this is set as the definition of a finished item, this tool will now hide items that already have any information present in the selected field.  Below is a before and after example when using this tool.

When utilizing this tool it is also possible to select multiple definitions of an Item, such as selecting "Web Short Desc" and "Features" to filter out items that meet the criteria.  This means that if an Item has information for "Web Short Desc" present but does not have information present for "Features" that item will remain unhidden as it did not fulfil the conditions placed.
