Generate PIM Logs

 

Having the logs can help us diagnose problems so that we can fix your issues more quickly. Using the Generate Logs tool will create a file that a User can send to us via ticket, or you can email it to us directly at [email protected] as necessary. 

To Generate Logs, navigate to Help > Generate Logs while in the PIM software. 

Clicking the "Generate Logs" button will download a compressed file of the logs to your "Generated File Save Location" file path for distribution.
