Managing Offline Queue

 

When a user has created an offline queue in the WebAlliance Mobile application, they will have access to it when the app comes back online.

If a user has available queued actions, they will immediately have the option to process the queued data when the app comes online.  Select "YES" to add the queued items to the cart.

Tapping "No" will keep the actions in the queue. The user can click "Manage Queue" at anytime to revisit the queue.

Users also have access to their offline queue from the Manage Queue link under app settings.  From there they can:

  1. Delete all of the queued actions or individual queued actions.
  2. Process the queue to add the queued items to the cart.
