Note: Aldrich Web Solutions will configure these settings. This article is made available only as a reference. Please do not make any changes to these settings.

Profile and Property Manager Database Settings

  1. Multiple profiles are necessary if you have multiple Attribute Manager (Property Manager DB) or Item ERP DB databases.  Change profiles, add, delete, rename, and copy profiles from the top part of the screen.  It's available from each tab of the Settings menu.
  2. Prop Mgr DB - Enter settings for your Attribute Manager database location and credentials.

Item (ERP) Database

  1. Enter settings and credentials for your ERP database.
  2. Click "Sync Parts with ERP" to reload items and make them searchable from "Add or Import Items".
  3. Be sure to "Save" any changes.

DB Utilities

Initialize and Reset - CAUTION: This will erase all data in your Attribute Manager database.  

Backup Database - Creates a backup copy of your Attribute Manager database to a specified location.

Miscellaneous

  1. Set up export locations and login credentials for your local file system or an FTP site.  This determines where the information from "Export Data to File" is sent.
  2. Choose the location where your Attribute Manager images are stored.
  3. Make sure your copy of Attribute Manager is up-to-date.
  4. Save any changes.

Users

Add or delete Attribute Manager users and change passwords for existing users
