2) Edit Items & Properties
This screen lists all items currently assigned to the selected Category. You can make changes to those items, or export them to a spreadsheet for easier editing.
Edit Items and Item Properties

You can make changes to any fields to the right of "Description". The recommended way to edit these rows is by clicking "Export to Excel" and using a spreadsheet as a temporary work paper. When you're finished there, import the edited spreadsheet to Attribute Manager. If you edit in this screen, be sure to click "Save" before exiting.
Note: Attribute values, whether assigned through "Edit Items & Properties" or "Add or Import Items" are assigned to items, rather than only to categories. Therefore, if an item exists in multiple categories, all of that item's filters and specifications will appear in all of its categories on the website.
Context Menu
Right-clicking on an item displays a menu with several options for that item.
- Copies the value for the selected attribute to the clipboard.
- Pastes clipboard value into the selected field.
- Pastes clipboard value to all empty fields in the selected attribute column.
- Pastes clipboard value to all fields in the column, overwriting current values.
- Removes the selected item from the current category.
- Runs a find and replace function in the attribute column.
- Displays the 'Item Info' box for the selected item. See more information on the "Add or Import Items" page.
- Add the item to an existing Variation Group, or create a new Variation Group with the selected item. (TIP - Hold down CTRL on your keyboard and click multiple items to add them all to a Variation Group at once.)
- Remove the selected item from its Variation Group.
You might occasionally see items highlighted in red. These are items that are not currently web-available. In Attribute Manager, you can still add these items to categories, give them attributes, etc. but they will not be visible on the website. If the red items are marked as web-available in your ERP system, click "Sync Parts With ERP" under the Attribute Manager Settings tab to update the listings in Attribute Manager.
Featured Items
To mark an item as "Featured" in the category listing online, check the box in the far right-hand column. An item marked as "Featured" will be heavily influenced toward the top of the item list when viewing the selected category on your website. The ranking won't change in search results, but when a user views a category listing, they're very likely to see the "Featured" items for that category at the top of the list.
A category can have up to 10 "Featured" items
