WebAlliance Portal My Account Tools
The Account Tools section is where your customers will find links to many useful pages within your WebAlliance Portal. Below is a brief overview of all these tools.

Custom Links

Current Statement
This option will allow your customers to view the current standing of their account.
Open Backorders
This tool allows your customers to view any orders that are currently in backorder status. From there, they can use the tool to request an ETA on their shipment. To learn more, click here.
This tool allows your customers to view what items their company has purchased, using data from your ERP. To learn more, click here.
View Quotes
This tool allows your customers to view information regarding all the quotes their company, both recent and closed.
Track Order
This tool allows your customers to view the details and tracking information of recent orders. To learn more, click here.
Change Password
This tool allows your users to initiate a password change. This can be useful if there are security concerns regarding their account.
Invoices and Shipments
This is a powerful tool which allows your customers to search for invoices and orders using a multitude of information. To learn more about this tool, click here.
Privacy Settings
This link takes your customers to a page which allows them to unsubscribe from any marketing emails associated with your WebAlliance Portal.
Quote Request
This link is associated with the Quote Cart Optional Module. For more information regarding that module, click here.
View Orders
This tool takes your customer to the Order List tool, which provides them with an overhead view of all the orders associated with their customer code.
