Backend
- WebAlliance keeps a log of all credit card transactions across your website. Use it for verification and troubleshooting for your credit card payments. You must be a user with SuperAdmin or Admin access and have the Orders Area role enabled to access this feature. The log contains all information the website receives from your credit card handler.
- Custom CSS is edited in the Design Manager tool. The Design Manager article will give you an in-depth overview on how to use this tool.
- Use the Email Template tool to edit the templates that generate the automated email messages sent out by your WebAlliance Portal (e.g. for account creation, password recovery requests, among other things). For full documentation regarding the Email Template tool, please read the article located here.
- Use this tool to reset the server-side cache of certain sections of your WebAlliance Portal. When you reset the cache, any users currently on the site may experience slightly longer loading times while the cache is being rebuilt. Otherwise, nothing on the site will be affected.
- Robots.txt is a file that lives on the webserver, unseen by your users. Search engines use it to help determine how to index your site, and you can use it to help search engines along. Editing this file is not necessary, but it can be beneficial in certain cases. You can find the required syntax and formatting for the file at http://www.robotstxt.org/.
Location Utilities
Use the Inventory/Pickup Locations tool to define your locations for online inventory. For documentation regarding the full functionality of the Inventory/Pickup Locations tool, please navigate to the Inventory/Pickup Locations article.
