WebAlliance Portal My Account Overview
The WebAlliance Portal is a lightweight option from Aldrich Web Solutions which offers businesses a way to allow their customers to view/pay invoices, view orders, and other options without the need to call or email a sales rep.
- Current Profile- This shows the username, email, and customer code of the user.
- Recent Company Orders- Lists Date, Order Number, PO Number, and whether or not the order was completed. Click the order number for more details on any order. Read the Recent Company Orders article to learn more.
- Frequently Purchased Items by Company - A place that you can easily place an order for an item. You can also request a quote from here. To learn more about this tool, read the Frequently Purchased Items by Company article.
- Admin Tools- Limited to Admin users for handling user accounts as well as a limited amount of aspects of the site appearance and performance.
- Search- This allows you to search for an item by part number or Description.
- Track My Order - Tracks any order placed. If searching by PO, results will only show if the associated order is completed. The Track My Order article discusses this tool in greater detail.
- Recent Company Quotes- View the details of the recent quotes associated with the user's company, such as Date, Quote Number, and PO Number.
- Account Tools- This section is for the user to handle all aspects of their account from changing passwords, viewing quotes, etc.
